Request deletion from Lala Forge
- Email privacy@lalaforge.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Tell us the email address used for your Lala Forge account and the workspace name, if known.
- State whether the request concerns the account, a connected provider, previously imported provider data, or all of these.
Do not include passwords, OAuth tokens, client secrets, or sensitive customer records in the request.
Manual review and confirmation
Submitting a request starts a manual review; it does not automatically erase records. We will verify the requester’s authority, identify the account, workspace, connection, imported records, and derived records within scope, and explain what can be removed and what must be retained. If deletion is performed, support will verify the result before confirming completion. We do not promise a fixed completion deadline.
Disconnecting is not deletion or Google revocation
Disconnecting a provider in Lala Forge retires the local connection and stops future imports through it. It does not automatically delete information already imported or derived from that information, and it does not revoke Lala Forge’s authorisation at Google.
To revoke Google access, use the third-party connections or security settings in your Google Account. Revoking at Google prevents future provider access but does not itself delete information already stored in Lala Forge. You may use the support process above to request deletion of that information.
Records that may require separate handling
Imported provider records, derived summaries, retired connection credentials, synchronisation receipts, connector health history, security or audit records, service logs, and backups may follow different retention and deletion paths. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, audit, backup, or request-resolution purposes. Lala Forge does not currently publish a fixed automatic deletion timetable; support will explain the applicable result for the specific request.
Other connected services
This process can also be used for data obtained through Meta, Microsoft, or another supported connection. Revoking access at the provider and requesting deletion from Lala Forge are separate actions unless support expressly confirms otherwise.
